Ian Beaulieu has been working in the garage with his dad since he was 8 years old. Bikes, cars, trucks — you name it. He watched and helped his dad until he was old enough to get a job of his own.

He started working at The Power Store while he was still in high school, after completing his co-op training there as a student. His interest in powersports, along with his love and dedication to turning wrenches, kept him there for over 10 years. Working for Tony were some of his best years, helping him grow into the man he is today.

After some other interests arose, he decided he wanted to go to school to become an industrial mechanic. He achieved this and worked for a few different companies in mills and refineries. He also achieved his 4th block, with only his Red Seal exam left to accomplish.

As time went on, with his growing family and his love for every kind of powersports out there, he started looking into opening his own business right here at home. In January of 2026, he made that leap and opened his dream business, Above and Beyond All Terrain Motors Ltd.
